Equilibrium studies on mixed-ligand mixed-metal complexes of copper(II), nickel(II) and zinc(II) with glycylvaline and imidazole

چکیده
lmidazolate bridged homo/hetero binuclear complexes of copper(II), nickei(II) and zinc(II) formed with glycylvalinate have been studied by pH-metry, EPR and visible absorption spectrometry in aqueous medium at 25 ± I 0 and I= 0.1 M NaCI04• The experimental data have been obtained for the followin~ species (A. = glycylvalinate and 8 =imidazole) :M +, AHt , AH, A·, 8W, 8 , M(OHt. M(OHh. M(At, M(A)(OH), M(8) +,M(A)(8t, M2(Ah8 +, M2(Ah(8 -H)\ M M(A)(8 )+ and MM(Ah(8-Hf. The anion (8-Hr provides (N,·, N3) bridging bidentate co-ordination in M2(Ah(8-Hf and MM(Ah(8 -Ht complexes.
